Especially useful
- Corrections. If a number looks wrong, tell us which calculator and what you entered. These get priority.
- Stale rates. Utility tariffs change. If a default is out of date for your area, let us know and include a link to the current rate if you have one.
- Calculator requests. If you needed a tool we don't have yet, tell us what you were trying to work out.
Response time
We usually reply within two to three business days. Corrections that affect a published figure are investigated immediately.
